ABOUT ME
I’m Rachelle, a K-8 Math Coach, who wants to make teachers’ lives easier through engaging and standards-aligned resources.
Teaching is hard. Period. After getting very close to burn out in my first 4 years of teaching in the states, I decided to give international teaching a shot. Thankfully, I loved it! International teaching restored my passion for the profession and revived my love of travel in my free time. For the past 8 years I have been living and teaching in Brazil and Guatemala. I even met my Brazilian husband and had a baby!
Because I know how hard and demanding the job is, and how few resources schools provide, I am here to make it a little easier for teachers by providing no-prep math games and resources. Each minute of a teacher’s planning time is precious, so look no further. I’ve got your back!
For the past 3 years, I have been working as a K-8 Math Coach and have had the opportunity to use student-centered coaching to guide teachers through math units. I lead math PD with grade level teams and help them unpack the common core state standards. I have had the chance to learn and grow professionally through focusing more deeply in one subject area, and feel confident that the resources I put out are aligned to the standards.
